Very impressed with the quality and professional demonstrated by Victor and his brother. When they set up an original appointment to come and give an estimate, Victor was on time. Also when the material came in, Victor called to deliver the materials and again on time. The schedule to put flooring down, they were on time. Being on time was impressive to me. I think Victor (which is a positive attribute) may be a perfectionist which he demonstrates excellent workmanship. Atlas Flooring came out to install new flooring for us. Victor and his team did an AMAZING job.I had a lot of concerns due to another company recently installing floors that went horribly wrong. I reached out to several different flooring companies trying to find someone who could fix it but there was a lack of communication, some tried to sell me products that were poor quality, not personable, didn’t seem very thorough in their process, and wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible.Victor and his team had great communication, always prompt in responding, very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns, gave a very reasonable price, and most importantly his work ethic was superb. They made sure our sub floors were even, clean, and in the right condition before installing our new flooring. The other companies I reached out to didn’t even bother to check. Atlas never cut corners and did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards.I cannot say enough good things about Atlas Flooring. Victor and his team at Atlas Flooring & Design did an outstanding job installing 1500 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring in my house. Their meticulous attention to detail was apparent in everything they did, from extensive preparation of the subfloor to level dips and humps to careful layout and installation. During the two weeks they worked in our house, they went to great lengths to minimize dust by covering everything important with plastic sheeting and using vacuums and dust extractors on their sanders. Victor and his team are very professional and highly skilled in their trade - their work is top-notch. My wife and I could not be happier with the job they did and with our new floor. Victor at Atlas Flooring & Design is an absolute professional, but just saying "professional" doesn't do justice to his work.Victor replaced five engineered hardwood floorboards behind our refrigerator that had water damage, and after it was finished, my wife and I absolutely could not tell the difference between the new flooring and the existing flooring.It wasn't just a matter of replacing a few boards. All of those boards ran under shoe molding behind our refrigerator, some of them continued to shoe molding along the island in front of the refrigerator, and one ran along the shoe molding for cabinets for a couple of feet. Even where the shoe molding had been, we could not tell that it had been taken off and put back on.All of the original boards were glued down, so it could not have been easy to take everything apart that cleanly.Victor was considerate of our home from the first moment we met him and the entire time he was working on the floor. He put down coverings from the entrance to the kitchen. He moved the refrigerator carefully with compressor lifts so it didn't scratch the floor. Then he went well above and beyond anything we expected to do a beautiful job replacing our floorIf we were even to change all of of flooring, Victor would be the first person we would call. That's how good that repair was. It spoke volumes about his professionalism and attention to detail.

Victor and Atlas Flooring did an amazing job with my floors. I had one section of flooring that needed to be replaced because of pet damage and a bedroom where the carpet needed to be removed and the plank flooring continued. In both areas, he did a masterful job and the transitions between the old and new flooring are flawless. The team was on time, professional and so easy to work with. They were very careful in moving/replacing the furniture and cleaning up all of the dust and debris when they were finished.

I just had luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed on all my floors, except my three bedrooms. I purchased my flooring from Home Depot and the company sent out contractors to do the installation. I must say, Victor and his partner “Cat” (sorry, short for his official name) from Dope Flooring LLC, are IMPECCABLE and exceeded ALL my expectations during my flooring installation project! They know their craft and are the the EPiTOME of perfection, professionalism and customer service! They took their time to make sure everything was laid out correctly (very meticulous), answered all of my concerns and questions with patience and educated me on the different parts of flooring!In addition, my kitchen floor was damaged under the sub floor and instead of laying down my “new” flooring over my existing damage flooring, Victor went the “extra mile” and got the approval to pull up my “entire” existing kitchen flooring prior to installing the new flooring. Once that happened, the deal was SEALED… I was officially SOLD and a SATISFIED customer with Dope Flooring LLC! I am recommending this compsny to all my family and friends!
