Atlas Flooring and Design is locally owned and operated by Victor Topala. Originally from Moldova, but later moved to the US in 2012.

In 2021 he relocated to Raleigh, NC where he wanted to continue his flooring career, but realized there was one huge problem. Every flooring company was paying their workers based on how fast they finished not based on the quality of their work. Which left homeowners with poor flooring installations that failed in just a few years.

This led Victor to open up Atlas Flooring and Design, because he takes pride in his reputation and his work. He spent countless years perfecting the flooring Installation process. And developed the best process to grind, level, and prepare the subfloor to ensure you get the best flooring installation possible!
